4h
A DAY
The cost

61 days a year,
scrolled away.

The average phone owner spends more than four hours a day on their device. That's sixty-one full days a year. Most apps want more of your time. EyesUp pays you for less of it.

Source: DataReportal, Digital Global Overview. Their annual reports put average daily mobile internet time at roughly three hours and fifty minutes per user worldwide. Total smartphone screen time runs higher once non-internet usage is counted.

How it works

Three steps.

Every challenge has an entry fee, a daily screen-time limit, a duration, and a group of competitors. Pay in, stay under the limit every single day, and you split the pot at the end.

1

Stake

Pick a challenge. Pay the entry fee in euros. Your money is held until resolution.

2

Survive

Stay under the daily screen-time limit, every single day. Your phone reports the number directly to us, verified by the OS.

3

Cash out

Survivors get their stake back plus an equal share of every loser's forfeited stake. Withdraw to your bank.

The rules

Brutal, by design.

EyesUp works because there is no half-way. Joining a challenge is a commitment, not a vibe.

One at a time

You compete in one challenge at a time. No juggling, no spreading yourself thin. Finish it. Then start the next.

No exits

Once you join, you're in until the last day. No early withdrawals. No refunds. Quit on yourself, lose your money.

Every single day

Miss your daily limit even once and you're eliminated. Your stake stays in the pot for the survivors. No grace days, no make-ups.

We're watching

Every day, your phone's OS verifies your screen-time directly. Miss one verified day for any reason and you're out. Uninstall, revoke access, go offline. Same result.

Winners take losers' money

Survivors split the forfeited stakes. We keep 20% of the losers' money as our fee. Survivors always get more than they paid in.

Cheat, lose, get banned

Faking a number, using a second phone, sharing an account, or any other workaround means immediate elimination and a permanent account ban. No appeal.

The payout

Winners cannot
lose money.

If you survive a challenge, you always walk away with at least what you paid in. The math is simple and there are no hidden fees on a winner's stake.

YOU SURVIVE, OTHERS FAIL

You profit.

You get your stake back, plus an equal share of every loser's forfeit (minus our 20% cut of the losers' pot).

EVERYONE SURVIVES

Everyone breaks even.

If nobody fails, we take nothing. Every player gets their full entry fee refunded.

YOU FAIL

Your stake is gone.

Miss a day, get caught cheating, or go offline. Your entry fee is forfeited to the pot for the survivors. No refund.

Frequently asked

The honest answers.

How is my screen-time verified?

Apple Screen Time on iOS, Usage Access on Android. We read the daily total directly from the operating system. No third-party trackers, no per-app data, no events.

Where does my money sit?

Your wallet balance is held by Stripe, our payment processor. Deposits use Stripe Payments; withdrawals use Stripe Connect to your verified bank account.

What if no one survives a challenge?

The entire pot is forfeited to EyesUp as platform revenue. This is disclosed up front in the rules of every challenge.

What if you build a feature I disagree with?

You can withdraw your wallet balance at any time, finish any active challenge, and delete your account. We don't lock anyone in.

Is this gambling?

EyesUp is a contest of personal discipline, not a game of chance. We're working with legal counsel to confirm the regulatory classification in each jurisdiction we serve. We will not launch where the model isn't compliant.
